This is a Routine & Teaching Grade Polarising Microscope equipped with Reflected polarised light for use on polished surfaces of materials, particularly geological and archaeological specimens. It has a trinocular head with photoport for camera, a pair 10X eyepieces with crosshair, 4 Plan Achromatic, Strain-free, Centerable Objectives 5X, 10X, 40X, 60X (optional 20X, 80X, 100X objectives). The sample is mounted on a rotating, centerable Stage (optional attachable XY stage). There is also 1/4 & 1 Wavelength Retardation Plates, a Quartz Wedge, a Bertrand Lens, a Retractable Analyser in the Head and a Rotatable polariser.
